The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

You’ll be joining a modern manufacturing environment, working alongside experienced engineers and operations teams to support and improve production across a range of areas. Reporting to a Senior Production Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement.
This is a broad role with real variety. You’ll be involved in optimising manufacturing processes, improving equipment performance, supporting new product introduction, and contributing to wider improvement projects across the site.
You’ll also have the opportunity to work on capital projects, identify upgrades that improve productivity and quality, and help reduce waste and cost across manufacturing operations.
What you’ll be doing:
* You’ll support the day-to-day performance of manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, output, and quality.
* Working closely with maintenance and engineering teams, you’ll help ensure equipment is operating at its best, while contributing to upgrades and modifications where needed.
* You’ll get involved in continuous improvement activities, using structured problem-solving approaches to deliver real, measurable improvements.
* You’ll also support new product introduction, ensuring processes are ready for production and perform as expected from day one.
Alongside this, you’ll work with suppliers and OEMs to stay up to date with new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the business.
