This Ganger opportunity offers an ASAP start.

You will:

Lead and coordinate a small gang of operatives on site
Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress against project requirements
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations
Liaise with the Site Supervisor and other trades to maintain productivity
Carry out site inspections and report any issues or hazards promptly
Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure deadlines are met.

We're Looking For

Previous experience working as a Ganger or in a similar supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Good understanding of health and safety procedures
Ability to motivate teams and work to project deadlines
Valid CSCS Card - Essential
SSSTS qualification is desirable but not essential

Salary: £18.00 to £24.00 per hour, depending on experience
