Seasonal Department Manager | Twickenham

Salary: Flexible DOE

Hours: 40 Hours, alternate weekends

This is a great opportunity for a supervisor looking to take a step up in their career, or a department manager looking to join a highly renowned, family-owned business, known in the industry for looking after its people.

As a seasonal department manager, you will be heading up the Christmas and furniture department, running a small team of 1 full-time staff member, plus 4-5 seasonal staff throughout the year. You'll help lead, develop, and motivate your team, while ensuring the seasonal department runs smoothly and to a high standard. In the run-up to December, you'll shape a magical Christmas department, then plan and create the seasonal furniture department for the upcoming spring months. This is a great role that offers variation across the seasons!

Key Responsibilities:

Leading and developing the team to deliver excellent service and great results
Seasonal planning and setting retail standards
Delivering sales targets and meeting KPI's
Supporting the wider team day-to-day
Maintaining standards through creative and attractive merchandising, stock presentation, and promotional execution
