This is a primarily administrative role, providing day-to-day support to the wider team and helping to keep the department organised and running smoothly. There will also be some additional coordination, planning and reporting tasks as part of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative and clerical support.
Managing meeting room bookings and team training arrangements.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Preparing documents, reports and presentations.
Handling general correspondence and communications.
Organising and coordinating day-to-day office activities.
Assisting with planning and scheduling tasks.
Supporting health and safety records, training and checks.
Raising purchase requisitions and orders when required.
Liaising with internal teams, customers and suppliers.About You:
Previous experience in administration or a similar office-based role.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
