Working across London and the South East, you will deliver building surveying and project consultancy services to a strong portfolio of public and private sector clients, with a particular focus on education, residential, public and community buildings.
The Role
You will be involved in a varied workload including:
Building condition and measured surveys
Defect analysis and technical reporting
Specification writing and tender documentation
Contract Administration and Employer’s Agent duties
Building regulations and planning applications
Project delivery across a range of sectors
Experience with Party Wall matters, DDA audits, CDM, aids and adaptations and AutoCAD would be advantageous.
About You
We are looking for a Building Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. You will ideally be working towards MRICS and have experience delivering professional and project-based building surveying services.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own workload and developing strong client relationships.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous but is not essential.
