We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, confident, and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support schools with:
Day-to-day supply cover
Short-term assignments
Long-term placements

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to deliver pre-set work in the absence of the regular teacher. You'll help keep students engaged, focused, and motivated while ensuring a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities Include:
* Supervising whole classes during teacher absences
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and instructions
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively
* Supporting students to stay on task
* Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress
* Creating a positive and professional classroom atmosphere
Requirements:
* Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable experience)
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Confidence leading a classroom independently
* Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Right to work in the UK
