gap personnel are recruiting for 10 production operatives on an ongoing temporary basis for our client based in Rayleigh.
The client is looking for candidates that are seeking a long term role where they can learn new skills & become a valued member of the team.
Position: Production Operative
Location: Rayleigh SS6
Shifts: Mon – Fri 06.00 – 14.00 / 14.00 – 22.00 rotating weekly
Pay: £12.71 ph, overtime pay £19.07 after 40 hours
Type: temporary ongoing
Duties:
Perform all operations with precision and in a timely manner.
Always adhere to written and verbal working instructions.
Safely set up, operate, and maintain assigned machinery.
Strive to enhance product quality.
Work efficiently, punctually, and professionally.
Assist other colleagues when needed.
Promptly notify supervisors of any issues or concerns.
Follow all Company Standard Operating Procedures during tasks.
Skills required:
Experience in production/machine operation or similar roles.
Strong teamwork skills.
Motivated and proactive.
Proficient in problem-solving and finding solutions.
Ensure efficient production of goods and services at the required quality level.
Effectively communicate in English.
