The School and Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant 3 to join a supportive primary school in Wadhurst. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced TA who can provide advanced support to pupils across the school and help lead learning initiatives under the guidance of class teachers.
As a Teaching Assistant 3, you will work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions, support small groups and individual pupils, and provide additional guidance to pupils with more complex needs. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment and supporting pupils both academically and socially.

The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
Strong ability to support learning across the primary curriculum
Confidence in supporting pupils with more complex needs
A patient, caring, and flexible approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Experience delivering interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable but not essential)
