The school is looking to appoint a full-time BA11 Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis from September. The successful BA11 Learning Support Assistant will work closely with students with autism and complex needs, providing tailored classroom support, encouraging independence and helping to create a positive learning environment where every student can thrive.
The successful Learning Support Assistant will have:
Experience supporting children or young people with autism and/or complex needs
A caring, patient and resilient approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A proactive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in
A commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment
