About the Role
We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to support a busy team based in Wickford.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload and is confident managing multiple administrative tasks while providing excellent support to colleagues and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicating with candidates via telephone and email
* Collecting and processing compliance documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
* Creating presentations and reports as required
* Making outbound and inbound telephone calls
* Using online portals and databases to manage information
* Supporting the team with general office administration
* Assisting with scheduling, document management and data entry
* Providing professional customer service at all times
Requirements
* Previous administration experience preferred
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
* Good attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* Professional and reliable approach
* Comfortable working in both an office and remote environment
