Maths Teacher - Permanent Role - Shipston-on-Stour Area

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

A secondary school in the Shipston-on-Stour area is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team from September on a permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging Maths lessons and helping students achieve their full potential across Key Stages 3 and 4.

The Role

Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4.
Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons.
Assess, monitor and support student progress.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with the wider Maths department and school staff.
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
Recent UK secondary school teaching experience.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners of varying abilities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for Mathematics and student achievement.
Important Information

Due to the rural location of the school, access to your own vehicle is essential as public transport options can be limited. This opportunity is best suited to applicants already living within a commutable distance of the Shipston area, as the school is not looking to support relocation.
