We are currently seeking an experienced Working Foreman for a farmhouse alterations and refurbishment project near Bromham on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong trade background in either Carpentry or Bricklaying, who is capable of overseeing site operations while remaining actively involved on the tools when required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Working Foreman
* Strong background in Carpentry or Bricklaying
* Valid SMSTS
* Valid Forklift Ticket (CPCS or NPORS)
* Ability to manage trades, maintain site standards and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
Package Temp to Perm Option
* £28.00 per hour
Permanent Package
* Salary: £42,000–£43,000 per annum
* Company van (work use only)
* Holiday pay
