How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Are you passionate about precision, quality, and engineering excellence?

    We're looking for a Quality Inspector to join a growing manufacturer producing high-quality, precision-engineered products used in demanding industrial applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance while working alongside skilled Engineering and Production teams.

    What You'll Be Doing

    Carrying out incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and assemblies.
    Performing dimensional inspections using a variety of precision measuring equipment.
    Conducting visual inspections to ensure products meet exacting quality standards.
    Witnessing and recording pressure, functional, and performance testing activities.
    Reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
    Supporting compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory approvals.
    Raising and investigating non-conformances while helping drive corrective actions.
    Working closely with Production and Engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
    Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to a strong quality culture.
    Assisting with internal and external audits.What We're Looking For

    Quality inspection experience within a manufacturing environment.
    Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
    Experience using precision measuring equipment such as callipers, micrometres, and height gauges.
    Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to quality.
    Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    Knowledge of quality systems and inspection documentation.Desirable

    Experience within valve, fluid handling, pharmaceutical, food processing, or process industries.
    Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
    Familiarity with ATEX requirements and regulated manufacturing environments.
    Exposure to machining, assembly, welding, or pressure testing processes.What's In It For You?
