What we'relooking for:
*
Experience in post-16 education, ideally within a college-based Higher Education or Adult learning environment, with strong knowledge of the current FE, HE and adult learning landscape.
*
Strong regulatory and compliance experience, with the ability to operate confidently within a regulated environment and contribute to effective policies, processes and quality assurance.
*
A proven track record of using data and insight to improve learner experience, attendance, retention, achievement, progression and overall student outcomes.
*
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience managing people and working effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and partners.
*
A learner-focused approach, with an understanding of widening participation, student support, careers guidance and safeguarding, alongside experience delivering interventions that improve student success.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a high standard of written English, strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, use initiative and drive continual improvement.
