We're recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a growing renewable energy business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and getting involved in different areas of a busy office.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of a small and supportive team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office, helping to keep everything organised and ensuring customers receive a great experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Assisting customers with general enquiries and installation updates
* Contacting customers and engineers when required
* Updating and maintaining customer records on the CRM system
* Completing general administrative duties using Apple Mac systems
* Preparing customer packs and documentation
* Supporting managers and colleagues with a variety of office tasks
* Helping the wider team wherever needed
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in.
