Full training will be provided, so no previous electroplating experience is required.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the electroplating team with day-to-day workshop tasks
Loading and unloading components into processing equipment
Assisting with cleaning, rinsing, masking, and preparation of metal parts
Helping to apply protective metal coatings to components
Learning how to set up and operate plating equipment safely
Handling components using lifting equipment and approved methods
Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
Following clear procedures, drawings, and instructions
Recording work using IQ MoveWhat we're looking for
A strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
Good attitude towards health & safety and following procedures
Comfortable working in a hands-on, workshop environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic understanding of engineering or manufacturing (helpful but not required)What we offer
