Key Responsibilities:
* Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long‑term strategy
* Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
* Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long‑term relationships built on trust
* Guide clients through decision‑making, negotiation and completion
* Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options
* Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation

What we're looking for:
* Direct experience selling UK Residential Off‑Plan & Specialist Supported Housing
* Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales
* Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently
* Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
* Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable
* Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
