The rate of pay is:
- Starting pay rate: £14.54 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours: £18.17 per hour
- Saturday overtime: £21.81 per hour
- Bank Holiday work: Double time
- Attendance Bonus: Earn an extra £1 per hour worked when all scheduled hours are completed each week
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:
- 7:30am to 6:00pm

Your Time at Work
As a Knife Hand working within the gut room, you will play a key role in the processing operation, ensuring products are prepared safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Duties Include:
- Using knives and hand tools safely and effectively
- Gutting and preparing products in line with company standards
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety procedures at all times
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
- Supporting the wider production team when required
- Keeping workstations clean and organised
