Role And Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in resourcing candidates in the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
•Partner with clients – Build and maintain strong relationships, understanding their hiring needs and delivering the best talent solutions
•Source and engage top quality engineering & manufacturing staff– Use your expertise to find, screen, and secure high-caliber professionals
•Manage the full recruitment cycle – Deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
