We are currently looking to recruit a highly experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant who plays a vital role in supporting both students and the school environment on a daily basis. This role is vital when supporting our partner schools and involves supporting a vast range of children with varying needs including working alongside children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP's). Candidates who have a background in supporting children with Speech and Language, ADHD, Autism and SEMH will be particularly suited to the role.
You will be working within a variety of friendly and welcoming school atmospheres where you will quickly become a valued member of the schools. You will be working directly alongside class teachers and as a Teaching and Learning Assistant you'll be encouraged to "follow your own lead" using your own initiative and skills to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for all children.

📚Being motivated to work with children with special educational needs and to motivate and inspire.
What we are looking for:
🖍️An experienced Teaching and Learning Assistant who shares a passion and drive for supporting pupils across the primary age range.
🖍️Holds NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants (or above).
🖍️Paediatric First Aid Qualification (desirable).
🖍️Have both high expectations of themselves and pupils; pushing the children to grow and flourish within the class.
🖍️Has a genuine passion and interest in supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
🖍️At least one year experience working with SEND children in the primary age range.
🖍️You will be working on a temporary basis through a supply agency within a long-term role.
Pay: £93 - £110 a day (dependent on experience) holiday pay is included in the day rate.
