The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
As a Copilot Specialist, you will work alongside key business teams, supporting our client in improving operational efficiency through automation and AI tools. You will be part of a digital transformation function, helping to streamline processes across finance, payroll, HR, and operations by reducing manual workloads and improving data accuracy.
Duties of a Copilot Specialist include (but not limited to)
Automating Excel-based processes to reduce manual data entry and errors
Supporting the use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance workflows
Extracting and structuring data from documents such as invoices, timesheets, and reports
Building and improving reporting processes using Excel and data tools
Supporting integration of data into internal systems and platforms
Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
Creating documentation and supporting users with new tools and workflows
Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and audit standards are maintainedAbout You:
You will have strong experience using Microsoft Excel
Have an understanding of data processing, reporting, or automation workflows
Have experience or exposure to Microsoft Power BI or similar tools
Have good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Be comfortable working with business data (e.g. financial or operational data)
Have good communication skills and be able to work with non-technical stakeholders
Have experience or exposure to tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, SQL, or Python (desirable but not essential)
