We are looking for an Order Management / Sales Support professional to join a well-established Japanese trading company / manufacturer.
This role plays a key part in supporting both domestic and international business operations, working closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure the smooth execution of transactions.
Responsibilities
- Order processing and management (system input, delivery tracking)
- Communication with clients and suppliers via email and phone
- Inventory management and shipment coordination
- Preparation of invoices and related documentation
- Close coordination with the sales team and general administrative support
