The Role

As New Homes Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and securing new homes instructions from housebuilder clients across Kent.

You will present to developers and housebuilders, build strong relationships, and identify opportunities to win new development instructions. The role will involve close collaboration with residential offices, developers, the land team, and the wider New Homes support function.

You will manage, motivate, and incentivise a team of site sales consultants, ensuring they have the support and direction needed to achieve sales targets. You will also encourage opportunities across mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings, and property valuations.

Persuasive communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills will be essential, alongside the ability to manage budgets, work towards targets and ensure marketing and sales administration is delivered effectively.

The Person

You will have a proven history of winning New Homes sales instructions across developments of varying sizes, alongside experience within residential estate agency.

You will ideally be based in Kent and have a strong understanding of the local property market. You will be professional, organised and commercially focused, with the resilience, confidence, and determination to win new business.

You will have exceptional customer service skills and be comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels. The ability to manage budgets, coach teams, inspire people and consistently deliver against targets is essential.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week, with occasional weekends as required
