Credit Control Team Leader

Are you an experienced Credit Control Team Leader looking for a new role with a large automotive dealership? Position is based in Bristol and has hybrid working (First 3 months during probation is full time office based)

Job Responsibilities

* Support the day-to-day operation of the department, ensuring compliance, efficiency and high standards.

* Assist in leading and developing the team while supporting management where required.

* Analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities and drive positive change.

* Build strong working relationships and contribute to business growth and profitability.

* Maintain accurate records and demonstrate strong attention to detail, numeracy and IT skills.

* Take a proactive approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

* ACCA or CIMA qualified with previous accounting experience.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* Knowledge of consumer finance regulations and vehicle taxation.

* Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.

* Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
