The Role
* Programming, setting and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines
* Programming using Siemens 828D or Siemens 840D controls
* Manufacturing precision-engineered components to tight tolerances
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Carrying out first-off inspections and maintaining quality standards
* Working independently to achieve production targets
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience programming Siemens 828D or Siemens 840D
* Strong experience with 3-axis CNC milling
* Able to programme directly from engineering drawings
* Background in precision engineering or advanced manufacturing
* High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
