Your role:
As Electrical Supervisor, you will lead the maintenance and repair of electrical equipment at Rugby and Southam sites, ensuring plant reliability and safety. You will supervise a team of maintenance technicians, coordinate with planning and reliability departments, and manage daily operations to meet production and safety targets. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading electrical maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and environmental standards.
* Supervising and developing your team to enhance skills and motivation.
* Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver maintenance plans efficiently.
* Supporting budget control and reporting on maintenance KPIs.
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in electrical maintenance supervision, preferably in cement or heavy industries.
* Strong knowledge of UK safety regulations and electrical systems up to 11kV.
* Qualified with an electrical engineering apprenticeship or degree.
* Experience managing teams and budgets effectively.
