The Private Client Paralegal's Role
Supporting fee earners with private client matters
Assisting with Wills, probate, LPAs and trust documentation
Preparing Court of Protection bundles and documents
Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
Managing files, documents and electronic filing
Handling telephone enquiries and client contact
Assisting with billing and financial administration
Supporting the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
Attending court and conferences where requiredThe Private Client Paralegal
Legal qualifications and relevant legal experience
Knowledge of private client law would be advantageous
Strong organisational and administrative skills
