The Role:
A Year From Now...
You'll know you've had a successful first year if you've helped us achieve these three outcomes:
* Increased the conversion of inbound enquiries into booked calls and qualified franchise opportunities.
* Built seamless customer journeys where HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor and RightMessage work together effortlessly.
* Improved website and email personalisation, ensuring prospects receive more relevant messaging based on their behaviour.
This Role
This is a genuinely hands-on role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building marketing automations, creating landing pages and continually improving customer journeys (in this case potential new franchisees) rather than managing teams or working as a consultant.
You'll spend most of your time inside HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor and RightMessage, building, testing and refining the systems that help generate high-quality franchise enquiries.
Working closely with the marketing team and Co-Founders, you'll help turn a clear commercial strategy into marketing journeys that are simple, effective and measurable.
You'll have the autonomy to recommend improvements, test new ideas and continually optimise performance while remaining closely involved in the day-to-day delivery.
What You'll Be Working On
* Building multi-step sales funnels inside HubSpot that generate qualified franchise enquiries.
* Creating and improving landing pages using WordPress and Elementor.
* Mapping customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve conversion.
* Building intelligent marketing automations and nurture sequences based on customer behaviour.
* Using RightMessage to deliver more personalised website experiences.
* Connecting HubSpot, WordPress, Elementor and RightMessage into one seamless marketing ecosystem.
* Using AI tools to improve efficiency, accelerate content creation and support smarter testing.
* Monitoring performance and continually improving how prospects move through the funnel.
Here's the Experience We're Looking For
* Strong hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, automation, CRM, reporting, pipeline management and marketing automation.
* Experience building and managing customer journeys and automated marketing funnels.
* Experience using RightMessage or similar website personalisation tools would be highly beneficial.
* Good working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor, with the confidence to create and update landing pages independently.
* Strong understanding of direct response marketing and conversion-focused customer journeys.
* Experience using AI tools within a marketing environment to improve productivity and campaign performance.
* Experience integrating marketing platforms to create seamless customer experiences.
* A proactive approach with the confidence to suggest improvements while remaining hands-on in delivery.
