Meet Our Client We are seeking compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistants to join a dedicated care team supporting a young man in his 20s living at home with his family in Bawtry.
This is a highly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference, providing person-centred care and support within a calm, familiar home environment.
You will be part of a supportive 2:1 team during the day and provide 1:1 support overnight, assisting with a range of daily living and clinical care needs including personal care, moving and handling, and overnight monitoring. Our client thrives on routine, structure, and consistency.
He is non-verbal and communicates through expressions and behaviours, so a patient, observant, and intuitive approach is essential. He enjoys sensory-based activities, watching colourful programmes such as Minions, listening to music, and spending time in a relaxed and reassuring environment.
This role would suit someone who is caring, calm, and committed to building a positive and trusting connection while promoting comfort, safety, and wellbeing.

What You’ll Need
* 3 months’ care experience
* Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
* Clear communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
