Temporary Remote Personal/Business Assistant (Ongoing)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal/Business Assistant to support a business owner with a mix of property-related and company management tasks. This is a varied and dynamic role offering the opportunity to grow alongside the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Administrative Support:

Managing emails and handling incoming calls on working days
Liaising with the company accountant
Organising and maintaining QuickBooks records
Managing and clearing OneDrive files and documents
General admin support and note-taking (including mortgage tracking)Property & Investment Support:

Researching potential property deals and opportunities
Supporting with mortgage-related documentation and tracking
Assisting with expanding the business through identifying new contractsCouncil & Compliance Tasks:

Preparing and submitting council applications
Communicating with local councils via email and online portals
Navigating and managing council websites and processesMarketing & Social Media:

Posting and managing content on social media (a few posts per week)About You:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Experience with admin, property, or bookkeeping systems (e.g. QuickBooks) is desirable
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive and able to manage a varied workload
Tech-savvy and confident using online systems and platformsAdditional Information:
