A Chef De Partie at Crazy Pizza
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing your section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and leading a team of commis chefs.
Your day to day:
- Oversee the daily operations of your designated section, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
- Ensure all dishes are presented with attention to detail and meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Supervise and mentor commis chefs, providing guidance, training, and support to develop their skills.
- Monitor and maintain the quality and consistency of all dishes served from your section.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is maintained and used correctly.
Who are you?
- At least 2 year experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
