Structured Finance Associate - London - Elite US Law Firm
We are working with an elite US law firm in London on an excellent opportunity for a Structured Finance Associate to join a highly regarded and growing finance practice.
This is a standout role for a 2-6 PQE lawyer who wants exposure to sophisticated, high-value and cross-border structured finance work across a broad range of products, asset classes and financing structures.
The team is looking for someone with a broad finance background and exposure to any of the following areas:
• Structured finance

• Asset-backed finance
• Regulatory capital
• Synthetic securitisation
• Significant risk transfer
• Fund finance
• Capital markets
• Leveraged finance

• Repackagings
• Bespoke financing structures
You do not need to have covered all of these areas. The firm is very open to speaking with candidates who have strong technical finance experience and a genuine interest in building a broader structured finance practice.

You will be working with a market-leading team on complex and innovative transactions for a sophisticated client base, including global financial institutions, investment banks, asset managers, private credit funds, sponsors, arrangers, issuers and investors.
