The practice advises an elite client base including:
• Leading private equity sponsors
• Infrastructure and sovereign wealth funds
• Major financial institutions
• Global corporates and portfolio companies
Recent work has included:
• Multi-billion pound sponsor-backed acquisitions
• Complex TLB and cov-lite financings
• Private credit and unitranche structures
• Debt recapitalisations and refinancings

- Strong drafting and negotiation experience
