The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Job Purpose
Lead the contracting and procurement activities required for the successful execution and ongoing management of the Multiphase Pumps EPCI contract(s), ensuring alignment with project objectives, commercial strategy, and governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end Contract & Procurement (C&P) strategy for the Multiphase Pumps EPCI package in alignment with project objectives, risk profile, and alliance principles where applicable.
Develop and implement the contracting strategy, including commercial models, negotiation strategies, and contract management plans.
Act as the primary SCM/C&P focal point to the Project Manager and leadership team, providing commercial guidance and challenge across all procurement and supplier matters.
Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with EPCI contractors and key OEMs to ensure optimal risk allocation, value for money, and favourable capital outlay profiles.
Establish and maintain contract governance processes, including execution plans, delegation of authority compliance, change control, and adherence to internal SCM policies.
Manage the full contract lifecycle, including:
Post-award administration
Contract variations
Claims prevention and management
Performance incentives
Contract close-out activities
Manage operational procurement (P2P) activities within SAP and ensure accurate document administration and reporting.
Support supplier performance management and maintain effective relationships with global vendors and stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the SCM and Project teams.
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
Extensive experience managing major capital project contracts within offshore oil & gas environments.
Proven EPCI contract management experience.
Strong background in strategic sourcing, tendering, and contract management for high-value and complex scopes.
Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial agreements and delivering contract savings and efficiencies.
Extensive contract drafting and contract administration experience across multiple supply chain disciplines.
Experience managing global suppliers and contractor relationships.
P2P systems experience, ideally SAP.
Strong understanding of commercial risk management and contract governance.
Desirable
Experience with subsea processing technologies such as Multiphase Pumps, subsea compression, or separation systems.
Experience working within alliance, collaborative, or integrated delivery models.
Degree qualified or equivalent professional qualification.
MCIPS qualification or equivalent.
