You will primarily provide proactive support to the Vice President of International Revenue Management, developing a strong understanding of strategic priorities, deadlines, and business objectives. Your responsibilities will include comprehensive diary and travel management, coordination of meeting schedules, and general administrative support.
In addition, you will support two other Vice Presidents. The level and nature of support will vary depending on individual needs and may fluctuate on a week‑to‑week basis, making a high degree of adaptability essential.
You will act as a trusted point of coordination, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and supporting wider strategic priorities through exceptional administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
This role reports into the Executive Assistant to the President of Cineworld International, with whom you will work closely.
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on skills & experience
Contract: Full-Time and Permanent
Location: Brentford, TW8 9AG - Hybrid with 4 days on-site.
What will you be doing?

Proactively support the Vice Presidents by managing complex diaries, meetings, and schedules, while maintaining a strong understanding of strategic priorities and deadlines. You will prioritise effectively and act as a gatekeeper for all communications and requests.

Coordinate domestic and international travel, including planning itineraries, arranging visas, and managing logistics. This will involve close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align schedules and organise meetings, conferences, and events.

Manage documentation and communications, including drafting, formatting, proofreading, and distributing correspondence, documents, presentations, and reports.

Oversee finance and procurement tasks such as raising purchase orders, processing invoices, reconciling expenses, and liaising with Finance to ensure timely payment of suppliers.

Act as a key liaison between the Vice Presidents and other departments to gather information and support the preparation of reports and presentations.

Provide ad-hoc admin support for the EA to the President of Cineworld International.
About you
*
You have experience proactively supporting multiple senior leaders (ideally 2+ years at Director or VP Level) and are confident managing complex diaries and multiple priorities.

You demonstrate initiative, remain organised under pressure and take a solutions-focused approach to your work.
*
You are skilled at building strong working relationships with multiple teams and can adapt your support style to each leader’s requirements, supported by excellent communication and organisation skills.

You are experienced with organising travel and completing expenses, with experience using a dedicated tool such as SAP Concur being highly desirable.

You have strong IT skills and are confident using Microsoft Office applications for multiple uses such as to draft, manage, and deliver documents and presentations.
