In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering top-notch technical support, ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service and solutions for their tech queries.

Responsibilities:

1. Promptly respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and chat, offering expert technical support and troubleshooting help.
2. Investigate and diagnose technical issues, pinpointing root causes, and providing effective resolutions swiftly.
3. Collaborate with our development team to escalate complex tech issues and contribute to product enhancement discussions.
4. Keep our knowledge base updated with well-documented technical solutions, ensuring our clients have access to the latest and most accurate information.
5. Aid in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of Officebooking's software and hardware offerings.
6. Proactively seek and implement methods to improve the support team's efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in technical support, showcasing a strong foundation in software and hardware troubleshooting.
3. Exceptional communication skills, adept in making complex technical concepts understandable to non-tech savvy users.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, and various cloud-based software solutions.
5. Experience with Jira or other service management tools.
6. Demonstrated problem-solving prowess, with a knack for creative and out-of-the-box thinking.
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge and understanding of ISO 27001, ensuring adherence to high standards of information security.
