The role drives the quality, performance, and continuous improvement of PPHE's digital platforms, ensuring websites deliver a seamless and high-quality user experience aligned with brand standards and combines technical expertise with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, taking ownership of CMS environments, on-page SEO optimisation, and content governance. Responsibilities * Support the Website Manager in delivering the website development roadmap, ensuring projects are implemented on time and to a high standard * Act as a key CMS specialist (WordPress and Tridion), maintaining content quality, governance standards, and brand consistency * Take ownership of SEO performance, identifying opportunities and implementing on-page and technical improvements, including metadata, internal linking, and content optimisation * Monitor website performance and conduct regular audits to identify and resolve issues impacting UX, SEO, and conversion * Serve as the primary point of contact for reporting, analysing performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics * Support external web and SEO agencies by creating briefs, tracking progress, and ensuring high-quality delivery * Own the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, identifying UX improvements and ensuring new developments meet requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Digital Marketing, Brand & Content, and regional teams to ensure consistency and alignment Essential Requirements * Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Web Specialist, Digital, or SEO-focused role * Strong expertise in WordPress or similar CMS platforms * Solid understanding of on-page and technical SEO, with the ability to implement optimisations independently * Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools such as Google Analytics * High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Eligible to work in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements * Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Tridion * Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com) * Knowledge of A/B testing and UX optimisation principles * Experience with Google Tag Manager or Power BI * Experience working with agencies or managing external stakeholders Your Benefits & Perks * Discounted hotel rates (including Radisson Hotel Group worldwide and family and friends) * 50% food and beverage discount at our restaurants and bars * Exclusive discounts via personeelsvoordeelwinkel.nl * Discount on collective health insurance * Great learning and development opportunities * Advanced onboarding programme * Career opportunities across PPHE Hotel Group in Europe * Annual company parties and outings * Birthday bonus of €250 (gross) * Industry pension plan * 25 days holiday * 1 wellbeing day * 8% holiday allowance (paid in May) * Travel compensation (up to €200 net per month) * Recommend a friend bonus (up to €750) This role is aligned with PPHE corporate pay bands and benchmarked against the Dutch hospitality market.
