For a growing technical organisation in Hoofddorp, we are looking for an Assembly Technician to join the team.
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and completing high-quality mechanical and mechatronic systems. You will work with technical drawings and work instructions and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards.

What will you do?
As an Assembly Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling mechanical and mechatronic systems based on technical drawings and work instructions;
- Using hand tools and working with various technical components;
- Checking and testing assembled products to ensure they meet quality requirements;
- Working according to established procedures, safety regulations and quality standards;
- Performing assembly work in a clean and organised production environment;
- Identifying potential improvements and contributing ideas for process optimisation;
- Working closely with colleagues from different departments to improve quality and efficiency;
- Preparing, checking and packaging finished products for shipment.

- You have a technical background or strong technical affinity;
- Experience in assembly, mechanical work or a technical production environment is an advantage;
- You are comfortable reading and working with technical drawings;
- You are precise, structured and have an eye for detail;
- You are motivated to learn and develop your technical skills;
- You are interested in mechanical and mechatronic systems;
- You are able to work independently as well as part of a team;
- You are willing to work in a 2-shift schedule;
- You take safety and quality seriously.
Technical experience is important, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are equally valuable.
Voorwaarden
What do we offer?
- A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
- A gross monthly salary between €2,800 and €3,500, depending on your experience and technical skills;
- 16% shift allowance for working in a 2-shift schedule;
