You are the director of the night As the Floor Manager, you're the face of the business and the go-to person for everyone. You make sure performers stay on schedule, pole dancing acts start right on time, and the bar crew keeps up the pace. With your professional look and sharp eye, you ensure everything runs smoothly both behind the scenes and on the floor.
Safety and atmosphere are your priorities You keep a close eye on the guest experience and step in before things get out of hand. You work closely with security, monitor alcohol regulations, and make sure everyone sticks to the house rules. Got a complaint or an incident? You handle it professionally and to the point, without losing your cool.
The administrative engine Besides your role as a host, you manage the numbers behind the scenes. You accurately register performers' hours and communicate these to the right parties. You report directly to the General Manager and ensure the shift handover is flawless.
