In this role, you’ll focus on building our executive network within the manufacturing sector — identifying and engaging with C-level leaders and introducing them to the unique value of the Aurora Live Industrial community.

Your Role: Network Growth ManagerAs part of the Aurora Live Industrial launch team, your focus will be to grow our executive network in the Nordics and build long-term, trust-based relationships with industry leaders.
Key responsibilities:- Identify and connect with C-level executives in the manufacturing sector
- Reach out via phone and LinkedIn to introduce the Aurora Live concept
- Host video meetings to communicate the network’s value
- Understand the business priorities and challenges of your prospects
- Collaborate closely with team leads and management to drive unit growth
- Lay the foundation for your future in B2B sales — evolving from relationships to deals
- Are commercially driven and motivated by growth, targets, and results
- Want more than just a job — you’re building a long-term career in B2B sales
- Are confident, curious, and thrive on engaging new people
- Take initiative and aren’t afraid of challenges or the phone
- Have experience in sales, hospitality, or customer engagement
Speak German, Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, and fluent English
