Front Office Host - Eindhoven As Front Office Host(ess) you are the first and last person our guests see, it starts with a smile. Park Plaza Eindhoven is looking for a Front Office Host(ess) who will do their best to give guests a moment they won't forget and we will help you to achieve this goal.

This is a part-time position for 7.6 hours per week

• Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
• Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
• Will be responsible for a smooth check in and check out process as well as taking ownership in making the guests' stay memorable
• Will handle administrative tasks which will to be handled throughout the shift
• Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
• Exceed guests' expectations and getting them to return for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
