As a Business Analyst within our Data & Analytics team, you are at the heart of Stater's data-driven capabilities — from insights and analytics to data deliveries, financial reports, pool creation, data quality controls, and data catalogs.

As a Business Analyst, you advise both internal and external clients on the use of existing and new data products. You translate functional questions and business requirements into concrete solutions by defining functional specifications and improving processes and systems within the Data & Analytics domain — one of Stater's core capabilities. You'll work in an enthusiastic Scrum team of developers, delivering products in sprints.

We are looking for a Business Analyst with an Agile and data-driven mindset. In this diverse role, you easily connect with all stakeholders (operations, business representatives, and clients) and serve as their primary subject matter expert. You organise sessions, work closely with the Product Owner, and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives. You are proactive in proposing new ideas, adding value to products, and optimising solutions.

Your work will consist of:
Defining functional requirements and data modelling
Translating functional questions into concrete process and data solutions
Data analysis from source to end product
Supporting the team's Agile way of working
Coordinating cross-departmental tasks
Understanding and helping shape the current and future technical architecture
Validating whether implemented solutions meet functional requirements
Learning the basics of current and new technologies as needed
