You possess strong administrative skills with a familiarity in customs handling. Besides, you recognize yourself in the following points:
- You have excellent command of the English language
- Ideally, you have experience with Oracle, Excel, Word, and Java
- You are comfortable working in a logistics setting and adept at managing various tasks and responsibilities
As an administrative employee, you will provide administrative support to the existing team, particularly in printing shipments. Besides you will consolidate files/shipments and assist with customs inspections. On top of that, you will:
- Handle the registration of drivers for goods delivery or pickup
- Manage the logging and logging out of T1 in our customs system
- Verify shipments for battery content, DP, or BW status
