For our international client in Amsterdam (Media/Advertising industry) we are looking for an AP Accountant (m/f/x).
To expand our client' team, they are immediately looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will take care of the financial administration of various advertising agencies.
Tasks and Responsibilities of the AP Accountant in Amsterdam
- You will work in the financial department, which consists of 20 other great colleagues in addition to you. Your challenge will be to have and keep the purchasing administration in order
- Booking purchase invoices
- Making payments
- Bank books
- Financial support for the accounts department
- Processing creditcards
- Handling creditor reminders
- Maintaining supplier data
- Other financial activities
Your profile
- Preferably at least 2 years of work experience in financial administration
- MBO+ work and thinking level
- You are accurate and have numerical insight
- You can function in a dynamic and international environment
- You are flexible, collegial, reliable and service-oriented
- You are cheerful and enthusiastic
- You have a good command of the English language in speech and writing and Dutch is a pre
- You have experience with Excel, Word and Adobe Reader. Workbook and D365 are a plus
