This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance‑driven strategies with cutting‑edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients.

• Spot client challenges with the team and stimulate them towards solutions.
• Lean into automation and data usage within campaigns, including utilizing AI to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Drive innovation within the Paid Search team by championing new approaches, frameworks, and performance methodologies.
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts clearly during sales meetings and client workshops.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with client goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and handle all SEA‑related matters.
• Grow the client account by upselling opportunities.

• Extensive (at least 5 years) experience in creating, managing and optimizing paid search & shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency or similar environment.
• A self‑confident, competent, and empathetic presence that convinces colleagues and clients of your ideas.
• Strong knowledge of paid search platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• A proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimisation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical, flexible, and able to work independently.
• The ability to present complex results in clear and understandable language.
• Nice to have: experience mentoring or guiding co‑workers or a team of digital specialists.
• Directly available to start working from either the Amsterdam or Rotterdam office.
• Full working proficiency in Dutch and English.
