As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to making the perfect match with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the process. Additionally, you work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and optimizing our processes. In your role as a Recruiter, your tasks include:

• Conducting intake interviews and screenings
• Guiding candidates through the application process
• Registering temporary workers and creating placements
• Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Keeping up with relevant trends and developments within the labor market and the recruitment industry

• At least MBO working and thinking level
• You are communicatively skilled in Dutch and English
• You have an affinity for recruiting and working with people
• Good social and communication skills

Wat wij bieden

• Salary between € 2500 and 3100 gross per month depending on experience
• Laptop and smartphone
