What will you be doing?As a Medior Software Engineer in our Interactions team, you will design, build, test, and deploy our cloud-native CX applications. You will work with Golang on systems that process large volumes of concurrent customer interactions (voice, chat, tasks). You will integrate open-source and commercial components to create powerful solutions.

Your Profile:You have a solid knowledge of backend programming languages, preferably Golang (Go). Experience with Python or PHP is a plus. You are familiar with the syntax, idioms, and best practices of Golang and have experience with concurrency in Go. You have experience building RESTful APIs with frameworks like Gin and writing automated unit and integration tests. Furthermore, you are familiar with Linux, CI/CD, and Git, and you have an Agile mindset. Additionally, you enjoy and find it important to be part of a team and collaborate regularly at the office.
Basic knowledge of security principles is a requirement or a strong advantage for this position. You are aware of the need for data protection and contribute to a secure working environment.
Nice to Have:Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), VoIP, SIP, WebRTC, or audio processing. Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, GitOps, Helm, Flux & Kustomize.
