As a Quality Officer, you are responsible for safeguarding and improving the quality and reliability of products, processes, and systems across the organization. You play a key role in developing and enforcing quality policies, conducting audits, and initiating improvement projects in collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks- Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and methods to evaluate and improve the quality of products, materials, components
- Monitor and improve the reliability of new product development processes and testing processes to ensure quality.
- Actively participating in meetings with development and other teams.
- Organizes and prepares for periodic process, product, and procedural assessments (internal checks).
- Processes information in the quality management system and prepares quality management reports.
- Provide support to other areas as and when required.
- Training employees.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, audit, or regulatory oversight—preferably in a regulated industry (e.g., product development/manufacturing).
- Basic knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, financial regulations, or sector-specific compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to deliver complex information in a clear and structured way.
- High level of integrity, independence, and sound judgment.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently. If you also speak Chinese, that’s a plus.
