Wat ga je doen

As a Senior Routing Manager, you are responsible for data-driven decision making within our European network. You create clear insights into network costs and ensure we work with one single source of truth. Based on these insights, you improve routing, reduce costs and maintain a stable and efficient network. You work closely with commercial and product teams across Europe and act as a bridge between local teams and sales. In this role, you make sure routing decisions support the full European network instead of individual countries, and you contribute to pricing strategies and customised solutions.

You focus on continuous improvement and automation of processes by connecting data sources and reducing manual work. You optimise tools such as IMC, Mailtrack and Navision and ensure routing changes are clearly communicated, documented and supported by reliable data. In addition, you provide reporting and insights that support supplier negotiations, pricing and forecasting of volumes and costs. You also support system management, work together with finance on invoice control and contribute to operational improvements and new solutions in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Academic level of thinking and working
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Experience with Excel (advanced level) and MS Office
• Knowledge of databases (Access and relational systems is a plus)
• Understanding of logistics and e-commerce processes
• Fluent in English (a second European language is a plus)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
