We’re looking for a real all-rounder, someone who will shifts between our pantry and U Bar, which gives you a unique mix between front- and back of house experience. You’ll be the face of our U Bar, restaurant, living room, and pantry – creating warm, unforgettable moments from morning coffee to late-night cocktails. You prepare and serve drinks, share the stories behind our local products, and make sure every guest feels at home. Behind the scenes, you help make our food look and taste great by setting up and maintaining the pantry and displays, keeping everything clean and well-stocked, and adding those final touches that make our dishes memorable. Whether you're shaking cocktails or tidying up the pantry, you’re a true all-rounder and team player, ready to jump in wherever needed. Next to that, you'll be engaged in:

• Preparing and serving barista-style coffees, teas, local beers, wines, and cocktails

• Welcoming and serving guests in the living room, meeting rooms, and restaurant

• Sharing stories about our local products and partners

• Clean all cookware and dining materials to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen and make sure that guests have the best service

• Co-responsibility for mise en place and setup of the daily F&B offering

• Keeping the pantry, kitchen tools, and floors clean and well-organized

• Ensuring food items are well-stocked and presented with care

• Completing mandatory HACCP checks and flagging concerns or improvement points

We seek an individual who not only serves our guests but also shares a passion for our menu, explaining flavors and creating unforgettable food experiences. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability. Next to this, the following requirements apply: 

• Relevant (F&B) experience and/or great storyteller;

• Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus;

• Starting times from the shift are flexible, with shifts starting between 6:00 - 8:00 and 15:00 - 17:00. This can vary based on operational needs;

• Must have a heart for sustainability;

• You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.

• We will offer you an minimum of 4 days or an maximum of 5 days contract.
